Schreiner’s Wellness Department is dedicated to helping students set and reach health related goals in a variety of ways. Free fitness classes are offered throughout the week. Their days, times, and descriptions can be found here. All classes are set at an experience level which will help you effectively exercise, but not leave you behind if you happen to miss one. Along with free fitness classes, Wellness offers advising and consultation. Simply contact the Wellness Coordinator with a goal in mind and you will be on your way to living a healthy lifestyle. Classes are open to all experience levels, all fitness levels, and for everyone to utilize.
